Crafting a personal mantra for daily empowerment

Each day we awaken to the same world, yet face new challenges. Our internal world dictates how we perceive the external one. What one person finds stressful, another may handle effortlessly in the same situation.
Why do we experience the same events, situations, or even people so differently? The answer is literally within us.
We have the power to either empower ourselves, liberate ourselves from internal limitations, or bind ourselves to recurring patterns and triggers. The term "mantra" might seem esoteric, mysterious, or inaccessible to the average person.
However, a mantra is simply a message or affirmation we give ourselves to empower and make ourselves resilient, helping us face life's challenges or triggers with ease and grace.
You can provide yourself with a mantra every day to support yourself regardless of external circumstances or people, whatever we encounter outside ourselves.
Here are some examples:
I can do it.
Just do it.
I am love.
I am light.
I am loved by the Universe.
The Universe is always supporting me.
I am divinely guided.
I offer myself the greatest compassion.
The key to mantra empowerment is deeply connecting with your heart. Place one hand on your heart and the other on your navel. Take three deep breaths.
Feel the peace, relaxation, and groundedness.
Stimulate your heart center, or message center. Be open to receiving the message you or your higher self will provide.
Now repeat your chosen mantra at least ten times.
Take a few deep breaths, and encourage yourself to continue repeating this mantra throughout the day.

Rinse. Repeat.
